Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Iraya ("Iraya," "we," "us"). By signing in and using Iraya, you agree to them. Iraya is currently in early access, available to a small group of invited users — please read the early access section below.

Early access

Iraya is under active development. Features, data structures, and the way boards look may change without notice, and we can't guarantee the service will always be available or bug-free. Don't rely on Iraya as your only copy of anything important — keep your own record of critical details (bookings, confirmation numbers, dates) elsewhere.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and for anything that happens under your Iraya account. You must be old enough to use Google's services in your country to use Iraya.

Your content

You own the content you put into your boards. By using Iraya, you give us permission to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service — including showing it to collaborators you invite and generating suggestions with Iraya's AI assistant based on what you tell it.

AI-generated content

Iraya's AI assistant builds and edits parts of your board based on your prompts. It can make mistakes — wrong dates, invented details, or suggestions that don't fit. Always double-check anything time-sensitive or financial (bookings, prices, availability, confirmation details) directly with the source before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Iraya for anything illegal, to harass or harm others, or to try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

No warranty, limited liability

Iraya is provided "as is," especially during this early access period, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Iraya.

Ending your access

You can stop using Iraya and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@iraya.io. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue Iraya or your access to it at any time and at our discretion — particularly if these terms are violated, but also for any other reason during this early access period — and to the extent allowed by law, we're not liable to you for doing so.

Responsibility for your use

You're responsible for how you use Iraya, including the content you put into a board and how you use information you get from other people's boards. If your violation of these terms causes a claim, loss, or expense against Iraya, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur as a result.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Iraya after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms — if you don't agree with a change, your option is to stop using Iraya.

If part of these terms doesn't hold up

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in full effect.
